Paediatric Critical Care in poor countries

RobinAid is an independent and non-profit organization.
We are committed to specialized and sustainable medical care for children in developing countries and regions
affected by poverty and crisis, following international quality standards.

Intolerable state of affairs

Low and middle-income countries bear 93% of the world´s disease burden, yet account for only 18% of world’s income and 11% of global health spending.

In poor countries particularly the enormous lack of paediatric critical care resources leaves parents without any chance to get the needed life-saving treatment for their seriously ill children.

“Being a mother, I know what a privilege it is that my children grow up safe, without fear. And being a journalist I know that children in many countries are the first victims of poverty, illness, war, terror, and expulsion. This is why I am committed to humanitarian aid as an Ambassador of RobinAid.” read more
